Compact movie camera Sony FX3 will be able to shoot 13 hours without overheating

 

Sony has expanded its Cinema Line series of camcorders. The new FX3 full-frame camera has become the smallest and lightest in the lineup, according to the brand's website.

Like the Sony a7S III mirrorless camera, the novelty is equipped with a 12-megapixel full-frame sensor. Also, the manufacturer claims the possibility of expanding ISO up to 409 600, which gives clear images in low light. The S-Cinetone technology, already featured in the Cinema Line's FX9 and FX6, delivers rich and natural colors.

The autofocus system tracks the eyes and faces, as well as the movement of the subject across the entire frame. Using various settings, you can create a focus transition effect and choose how long it stays on the selected subject.

Sony FX3 shoots 4K video at up to 120 frames per second, and the built-in cooling system provides up to 13 hours of work without overheating.

The camera has a 3-inch swivel touchscreen that helps control camera functions and six customizable buttons.
